校企同行丨河池学院&澳博景观人居景观项目专业考察之旅

11月21日下午,澳博景观迎来了来自广西河池学院美术与设计学院的五十位师生,并一同参观了邦泰·宽语项目。

 On the afternoon of January 21, AOBO Landscape welcomed fifty teachers and students from the School of Fine Arts and Design of Guangxi Hechi University, and visited the Bangtai · Kuan Language project together.

河池学院,是一所经国家教育部批准成立的具有一定规模、初具特色的多科性地方本科院校,且为桂西北地区唯一一所普通本科院校,占地面积3600亩(含在建),坐落于广西宜州区,有着70多年办学历程。

Hechi College is a multi-subject local undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education with a certain scale and initial characteristics, and is the only ordinary undergraduate college in northwest Guangxi, covering an area of 3600 mu (including construction), located in Yizhou District, Guangxi, with a history of more than 70 years.

校方领导紧密结合校企产教的教育思想,期许通过考察让学生能更加直观地了解景观的具体设计及思路、施工等各个方面,增添丰富的实践元素,让学生们亲身感受到景观设计的魅力,进而为他们不久后步入社会奠定坚实基础。同时,也期待通过这次活动,能进一步推动河池学院与澳博景观之间的合作与交流。

 School leaders are closely combined with the educational thought of school enterprise production and education, hoping that through the investigation, students can more intuitively understand the specific design and ideas of landscape, construction and other aspects, add rich practical elements, so that students can personally feel the charm of landscape design, and then lay a solid foundation for them to enter the society in the near future. At the same time, it is also expected that through this activity, the cooperation and exchange between Hechi College and AOBO Landscape can be further promoted.

澳博景观的施工图及现场负责人张瑜玲,通过长达两个半小时的时间,同师生一起参观了一期项目并做了详细的讲解。

 Zhang Yuling,  the construction drawings and on-site manager of Aobo Landscape, visited the first phase of the project with teachers and students for two and a half hours and gave a detailed explanation.

邦泰·宽语背靠龙泉山,设计师依托独特的自然资源和项目定位,运用现代雅奢设计风格以折线为主要元素,分为花语、森影、绿汀、溪屿、尘林、麓石、逐萤、闻鸟八大主题,并在其中注入滩、渡、谷、涧、屿、台、洲、林八大象征自然的山野风元素,共同打造绿色“森林”格调。同时,增加鱼群、麋鹿、鸟雀……惟妙惟肖的自然界生灵点缀其间,增加森林生命的厚度,用简洁明朗的设计语言和留白的艺术手法进行链接,在成都平原上,兴起一处森林秘境。

 Bangtai Kuanyu is backed by Longquan Mountain, and the designer relies on unique natural resources and project positioning to use modern luxury design style with broken lines as the main elements. It is divided into eight themes: Flower Language, Forest Shadow, Green Ting, Creek Island, Dust Forest, Footstone, Firefly Chasing, and Bird Smelling, and injects eight mountain and wilderness elements symbolizing nature, including beach, ferry, valley, stream, island, Taiwan, continent, and forest, to jointly create a green "forest" style. At the same time, by adding schools of fish, elk, birds... vivid natural creatures to embellish it, and increasing the thickness of forest life, a simple and clear design language and blank artistic techniques are used to link, creating a forest secret realm on the Chengdu Plain.

在参观中心水景廊架区时,学生们被中庭景观所震撼,不禁对施工过程中会遇到哪些难点有所好奇。针对这个问题,设计师告诉学生,最后能呈现出现在的效果,前期做了很大的努力,但当中最主要的难点莫属于水景基础不同竖向的标高、水景阴进底部空间小而导致施工工艺难度大、异形的廊架结构、弧形铺装及种植池对工艺要求比较高这四大难点。

When visiting the central water view corridor area, students were shocked by the courtyard landscape and couldn't help but wonder what difficulties they would encounter during the construction process. In response to this issue, the designer told the students that great efforts have been made in the early stages to present the desired effect. However, the main difficulties are the different vertical elevations of the water feature foundation, the small space at the bottom of the water feature shade, which leads to high difficulty in construction technology, the irregular corridor structure, curved pavement, and the high technical requirements for the planting pool.

过程中,为了活跃现场气氛,提高学生参与度,设计师提出让学生寻找”树王“的挑战;看到小细节设计,也会让学生积极动脑子思考等方式来增加参观的趣味性。同时,针对参观中提出的花境养护、园区植物品种、建设周期、设计主题元素与功能如何落地等问题时,都进行了一一详细解答,并获得了学生们的称赞。当遇到有趣的设计项目和美景休息区,学生们会被吸引停下来,参与进去。

In the process, in order to enliven the scene atmosphere and improve the participation of students, the designer put forward the challenge of asking students to find the "king of trees"; Seeing the small details of the design will also allow students to actively think about ways to increase the interest of the visit. At the same time, the questions raised during the visit, such as flower border conservation, plant varieties, construction cycle, design theme elements and how to implement functions, were answered in detail, and were praised by the students. When confronted with interesting design projects and beautiful lounge areas, students are attracted to stop and get involved.

在整个过程中,学生们深入参观了邦泰·宽语一期的每一处精心设计的景观,全面了解了项目的设计理念、选材用料及实际施工等各个环节,也意识到从方案设计到最后完美呈现过程中的不易。最后,期望通过此次活动的实地考察和交流,学生能够更加了解景观设计行业,并树立对这一行业的正确观念。未来,为设计行业贡献属于自己的一份力量!

 Throughout the entire process, the students visited every carefully designed landscape in the first phase of Bangtai Kuanyu, comprehensively understood the design concept, material selection, and actual construction of the project, and also realized the difficulty in the process from scheme design to perfect presentation. Finally, it is hoped that through the on-site inspection and exchange of this activity, students can have a better understanding of the landscape design industry and establish a correct concept of this industry. In the future, contribute your own strength to the design industry!

公司总经理何美霖女士作为成都大学美术与设计学院硕士研究生校外导师,西华大学艺术专业硕士研究生校外兼职导师,四川音乐学院成都美术学院环境艺术系客座教授,也曾参与过研究生学位评审,非常重视助力产教融合发展,带领公司多次与各大院校合作交流。并通过一系列实践活动,引导学生梳理正确的行业认知,对景观设计师这个职业有更深入的了解和认识,加深学业中的实践能力,为步入社会打下坚实的基础。

Ms. He Meilin, the general manager of the company, serves as an off campus supervisor for master's students in the School of Fine Arts and Design at Chengdu University, an off campus part-time supervisor for master's students in the field of art at Xihua University, and a visiting professor in the Department of Environmental Art at Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts at Sichuan Conservatory of Music. She has also participated in graduate degree evaluations and attaches great importance to promoting the integration of industry and education. She has led the company to collaborate and exchange with various universities multiple times. And through a series of practical activities, guide students to sort out correct industry cognition, have a deeper understanding and understanding of the profession of landscape designer, deepen practical abilities in academic studies, and lay a solid foundation for entering society.

2017年,习近平同志在十九大报告中指出要深化产教融合,其实质是促进教育系统和产业系统内异质性资源的优势互补,通过构建校企命运共同体,扩大就业创业、提升人才培养质量、推进经济转型升级、培育发展新动能。

近年来,政府、企业和学校积极响应国家号召,积极探索并实践产教融合模式。政府相继出台了一系列相关政策,学校和企业“双向奔赴”融合发展,力争完成到2025年国家产教融合试点城市达到50个左右这个目标,并为之而努力!
